How we process the data of those who visit the website and contact us.
This policy explains how Core Automation di Napoletano Giovanni processes the personal data of those who visit the CoreJob website and contact us, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended).
1. Data controller
Core Automation di Napoletano Giovanni, VAT no. 02751610466. Email: info@corejob.it. Phone: +39 347 808 7739.
For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights you can write to the email address above.
2. Which data we process
Browsing data. Like every website, the server hosting these pages automatically records some technical data about visits: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, outcome of the request, browser and operating system type. We do not use them to identify or profile you.
Data you send us. If you fill in the demo request form we process the data you enter: first name and surname, company, email address, phone (optional), approximate number of employees and the content of your message, together with the date of sending. The form sends this data to our email address and keeps it in the website’s request archive. To limit abuse, the website keeps for one hour a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address of whoever sends the form.
If you write to us by email or call us, we process the data you give us.
3. Why we process them and on which legal basis
To answer your requests, organise the demo and, if you ask, send you an offer: processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect the website and the form from abuse and ensure they work properly, through browsing data and anti-spam checks: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To comply with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting ones, if you become our customer (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you promotional messages without your consent.
4. Provision of data
Giving us your data is optional. Without name, company and email, however, we cannot answer the request or organise the demo.
5. How long we keep them
Requests sent with the form and related email exchanges: for the time needed to handle the request and, if no business relationship arises, no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
If you become a customer: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example ten years for accounting documents).
Browsing data: for the time set by the hosting service’s settings and in any case no longer than necessary to ensure the website’s security, unless they are needed to investigate offences.
IP address fingerprint used against form abuse: one hour.
6. Who may receive them
The data are processed by the controller and by the persons authorised by them. They may be received, only as far as necessary, by the providers of the website hosting and email services, appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, by the consultants assisting the controller (for example on tax matters) if you become a customer, and by the authorities when required by law. The data are not disseminated or sold.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
The website uses no third-party services: even the fonts are hosted on the website itself. Should a provider of the controller process data outside the European Union, this will happen only with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44–49 GDPR.
8. Profiling and automated decisions
We do not carry out profiling and we do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.
9. Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Just write to info@corejob.it: we will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Data processed with CoreJob, CoreCloud and CoreDocs
This policy concerns the website. The data our customers process using CoreJob, CoreCloud and CoreDocs (for example those of their employees and suppliers) are processed under the responsibility of each customer, as data controller, and governed by the agreements with them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the version in force is always published on this page.
